Getaway Golf ("we", "our", "the app") is a mobile golf game published on the Apple App Store. We respect your privacy and want to be upfront about how the app works.

Information We Collect

Getaway Golf does not collect, store, or transmit any personal information. We do not require an account, login, or registration. All game progress (level completion, settings, purchases) is stored locally on your device and is never sent to our servers.

Third-Party Services

The app uses the following third-party services that may collect information independently:

• Unity LevelPlay (IronSource) provides in-game advertisements. Their SDK may collect device identifiers, IP address, and ad interaction data to serve relevant ads. You can review their privacy policy at is.com/privacy-policy.
• Apple App Store (StoreKit) processes the optional "Remove Ads" in-app purchase. Purchase transactions are handled entirely by Apple under their own privacy terms at apple.com/privacy.

Advertising

Getaway Golf displays interstitial ads during natural gameplay breaks. You may purchase a one-time "Remove Ads" upgrade to permanently disable all advertisements. When ads are active, the ad provider may use device-level data to personalize ad content. We do not control or have access to the data collected by ad providers.

In-App Purchases

The app offers a single non-consumable in-app purchase ("Remove Ads"). This transaction is processed by Apple and we do not receive or store any payment or billing information.

Children's Privacy

Getaway Golf is a general-audience game. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information through a third-party service used in the app, please contact us and we will take steps to address it.

Data Retention

Since we do not collect personal data, there is nothing for us to retain or delete. Game progress stored locally on your device can be removed by uninstalling the app.

Your Choices

• Ad tracking: You can limit ad tracking through your device settings (Settings > Privacy & Security > Tracking on iOS).
• Remove ads entirely: Purchase the "Remove Ads" option within the app.
• Delete local data: Uninstall the app to remove all locally stored game data.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Changes will be reflected on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance.
